All association board meetings are held in the small "Card Room" at the Wedgewood Tennis Villas Club House. These meetings are open to all association members. Questions from non-board member attendees will be taken during the "Open Floor" portion of the meeting agenda.

Mulch Notice: If you are planning to re-mulch your landscape beds, remember that "Shredded cypress bark or pine bark nuggets" are acceptable according to D-12 in the Glen Eagle Design Standards Manual. Cocoa mulch, which has a chocolate fragrance is not allowed according to our design standards and it contains a lethal ingredient called 'Theobromine' which is a component of cacao beans (chocolate). It is lethal to dogs and cats; be a good neighbor and re-mulch with only the approved cypress or pine mulch. Across the country, many pets have suffered severe convulsions and death because they ingested the cocoa mulch.
